Our Vision
People do judo for all sorts of reasons, but generally you can categorize them in three ways: fighters, coaches, and artists (aka the recreational judoka). A judo fighter has a taste for competition and is eager to prove him or herself against others. A coach enjoys helping others and bringing out the best in those around them. An artist simply enjoys judo for what it is, and is content to work on their techniques in the dojo.
As you get deeper into your judo journey, you may find yourself in one of these categories, although most people have aspects of all three. Our vision is to create a space where all three types of judoka can thrive, grow, and find success.
